"Well, things didn’t start off very well with State Farm Claims department. It was very frustrating and difficult to communicate with staff, return calls and get essential information playing phone tag with numerous departments! This is where we decided to sit down with our local State Farm Agent, Courtney Seibold. This woman took control and intervened on our behalf getting answers and communicating with several departments, explaining our frustration and stress and uploading documents for us. She is a total gem of a person, has extreme knowledge of the processes involved and was able to move through a lot of the challenges that were becoming roadblocks. She made it all look simple. She is easy to talk to and alleviated many of our concerns. She’s wonderful in every aspect of her insurance expertise. Don’t know what we would do without her assistance.
